Return policy
Right of withdrawal (60 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 60 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.
Please note the exclusions of the right of withdrawal below, especially for hygiene products.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of cancellation before the 60 days have expired .
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation immediately by email.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, less shipping costs , no later than 60 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns, condition of goods & loss of value
The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.
The goods must be returned within the following timeframes for an accepted return:

must be complete (including original packaging).

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (hygiene & consumer goods)
The following are specifically excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Hygiene products, cosmetic products or individually ordered goods,

Items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
For Vita-Patches (herbal knee patches), the voluntary return policy applies only to a customer's first order . The right of return does not apply to any subsequent orders. This is to prevent misuse and ensure the safety of the products.
