Delivery time

We ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery time is usually 5–14 working days, depending on the product and the chosen shipping option.
Please note: All delivery times are non-binding estimates. In exceptional cases (e.g., high demand, customs clearance, delivery delays from the manufacturer), it may take longer.

The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process before you complete your purchase.
Shipping may be free for orders above a certain value (if indicated by us in the shop).

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer.
If delivery is not possible (e.g., acceptance refused, recipient not present, undeliverable address), the buyer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.
Once a shipment is marked as deliveredaccording to the shipping provider's tracking information(even if left in a secure location), delivery is considered complete. We accept no liability for loss or theft after confirmed delivery. In such cases, please contact the shipping provider directly.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package.
For each package, the purchase agreement is only considered concluded upon confirmation of shipment.

Additional customs or import feesmay apply to orders.
These fees (including processing fees from postal or courier services) are to be borne by the buyerand are not included in the purchase price.

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time, as long as a shipping confirmation has not yet been sent.
The order is considered binding after shipping confirmation.
